Process to Enable VAT on MRP from Control Room in Marg Books

• Click on the ‘Settings’ Icon.

• In 'Control Room' option, the user will click on ‘Configure’ button.

• The user will search ‘VAT’.

• In 'VAT on MRP' option, the user will select 'Yes'.

• Now, the user will press 'ESC' key.

•  Select ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• Click on 'OK' button.

Process to Set VAT on MRP in Selected Item in Marg Books

• Go to Master > Inventory Master > Item.

• The user will click on ‘Edit icon’ against that particular item in which VAT needs to be applied on MRP.
• Suppose select 'Acnederm Lot'.

• In 'VAT on MRP' option, the user will select 'Yes'.

• Then, click on ‘Update’ button to save the changes.

• Suppose the user selects the Item 'Acnederm Lot' with MRP '50', Sale Rate '30' and VAT '12%'.
• Then, VAT will calculate as '50*12/100 = 6'.

After following the above steps, the user can view that VAT will calculate on MRP in International Setup of Marg Books.
