Process to Disable Purchase Order in Marg Software

OVERVIEW/INTRODUCTION TO PURCHASE ORDER IN MARG SOFTWARE

• A Purchase order is an official document that a buyer issues to a seller which consists of relevant information about what products/service they want to buy, its quantity and the price agreed for it.

• With the help of Marg Books, the user can easily enable or disable the purchase order option.

PROCESS TO ENABLE PURCHASE ORDER IN MARG SOFTWARE

• From the right side of the dashboard window, click on the ‘Settings’ icon.

• A ‘Dashboard setting’ window will appear.

• In Control Room field, click on ‘Configure’ tab.

• In the search Box, type 'Purchase Order'.

• Then in the ‘Purchase Order’ option, the user will select ‘Yes’.

• Now the user will press 'ESC' key to save the changes.

• An alert window of Save Changes will appear.

• Select ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the Purchase order option will get enabled in the Marg Books.

PROCESS TO DISABLE PURCHASE ORDER IN MARG SOFTWARE

• From the right side of the dashboard window, click on the ‘Settings’ icon.

• A ‘Dashboard setting’ window will appear.

• In Control Room field, click on ‘Configure’ tab.

• In the search Box, type ‘Purchase Order'.

After following the above steps, the purchase order option will get disabled in Marg Books.
