Process to Disable BRK/EXP Issue Challan in Marg Books

OVERVIEW/INTRODUCTION TO BRK/EXP ISSUE CHALLAN IN MARG BOOKS

• Breakage/Expiry Issue Challan is basically a document type generated for the settlement of expired or damaged products which is issued to the supplier against the goods purchased by them.
  

• With the help of Marg Books the user can easily enable or disable the BRK/EXP issue challan.

PROCESS TO ENABLE BRK/EXP ISSUE CHALLAN IN MARG BOOKS

• From the right side of the dashboard window, click on ‘Settings’ icon.

• A ‘Dashboard setting’ window will appear.

• In Control Room field, click on ‘Configure’ tab.

• Now in the search Box, type 'BRK'.

• In ‘BRK Issue Challan’ option, the user will select ‘Yes’.

• Now the user will press 'ESC' key to save the changes.

• An alert window of 'Save Changes' will appear.

• Select ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

Now the user can view that the BRK EXP issue Challan option has been enabled in the software.

PROCESS TO DISABLE BRK/EXP ISSUE CHALLAN IN MARG BOOKS

After following the above steps, the BRK/EXP issue Challan option will get disabled.
