Process to Disable Bill Remark in Marg Books

OVERVIEW OF BILL REMARK IN MARG BOOKS

In Marg Books there is an option available for Bill Remark which is used to give some Remark on a particular bill. Like, if the user has some Urgent orders to Dispatch then the user can place a Remark of “Urgent” and at the time of billing this Remark reminds him for Urgent delivery of goods.

PROCESS TO ENABLE BILL REMARK IN MARG BOOKS

• From the right side of the dashboard window, click on ‘Settings’ icon.

• A ‘Dashboard setting’ window will appear.

• In Control Room field, click on ‘Configure’ tab.

• Now in the search Box, type 'Bill Remark'.

• In ‘Ask Bill Remarks’ option, the user will select 'Yes'.

• Now the user will press 'ESC' key to save the changes.

• An alert window of Save Changes window will appear.

• Select ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• After following the above steps, a Bill Remark window will appear at the time of saving the sale bill in which the user will mention the remark as per the requirement.

• Then click on 'Save' to save the remark.

PROCESS TO DISABLE BILL REMARK IN MARG BOOKS

• From the right side of the dashboard window, click on ‘Settings’ icon.

• A ‘Dashboard setting’ window will appear.

• In Control Room field, click on ‘Configure’ tab.

• Now in the search Box, type 'Bill Remark'.

• In ‘Ask Bill Remarks’ option, the user will select 'No'.

• Now the user will press 'ESC' key to save the changes.

• An alert window of Save Changes window will appear.

• Select ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the Bill Remark window will get disabled from the sale bill.
