• In Marg Books, Item discount 2 in Purchase Bill is used to apply an additional level of discount on items while creating Purchase Bill to get layered or multiple discounts from Suppliers.
• It helps businesses to receive extra discounts apart from the primary discount, which can be useful during special offers or schemes.

Process to Enable Item Discount 2 in Purchase Bill In Marg Books

• Click on the ‘Settings’ Icon.

• In 'Control Room' option, the user will click on ‘Configure’ button.

• The user will search ‘Item Discount’.

• In 'Ask Bill Discount & Item Discount on Purchase Billing' option, the user will click on 'Configure' button.

• In 'Item Discount2' option, the user will place a 'Tick mark'.

• Click on 'Save' button or press 'F10' key.

• Now, the user will press 'ESC' key.

• Select ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• Click on 'OK' button.

• Now, the user will create a Purchase Bill and select Party, Item and Rate as per the requirement.

After following the above steps, the user can view that Item Discount 2 will get enabled in Purchase Bill in Marg Books.

• Click on the ‘Settings’ Icon.

• In 'Control Room' option, the user will click on ‘Configure’ button.

• The user will search ‘Item Discount’.

• In 'Ask Bill Discount & Item Discount on Purchase Billing' option, the user will click on 'Configure' button.

• In 'Item Disocunt2' option, the user will remove the 'Tick mark'.

• Click on 'Save' button or press 'F10' key.

• Now, the user will press 'ESC' key.

• Select ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• Click on 'OK' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view that Item Discount 2 will get disabled in Purchase Bill in Marg Books.
