• Firstly, click on 'Utilities & Tools'.

• Then, click on 'Download From Server'.

• A 'Download From Server' window will appear.
• The user will select bill which needs to be imported.
• Suppose select 'Bill No. 000004' and press 'Enter' key on it.

• A 'Select Party For Mapping' window will appear.
• The user will select the party for which the selected bill needs to be imported.
• Suppose select 'PharmaLink Distributors' and press 'Enter' key on it.

• An 'Item Mapping' window will appear.
• If the item is already available, the user will press the 'Enter' key. Otherwise, for a new item, click on 'Create Item from Purchase.

• The user will click the 'Create' button to create the agency/company for the imported item.

• The user will click the 'Create' button to create the HSN / SAC Code for the imported item.

• Then, click on 'Save' button.

• Now, click on 'Import' button.

• The user can view Purchase Bill will get imported, to save bill click on 'Save' button.

• Again, click on 'Save' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view Purchase Bill will get Imported in Marg Books.
