Marg Books has introduced a valuable feature called 'Vinculum,' enabling users to receive online orders directly on Marg Books and seamlessly convert them into sales bills. This feature connects with over 200 platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and more.

Process to Integrate E-Commerce ( Vinculum ) With Marg Books

  • Firstly, click on 'Settings' icon.

  • In 'Control Room' field, the user will click on 'Configure' button.

  • Click on 'Integrations' ( as shown in the below img ).

  • The user will click on 'E-Commerce'.
  • In 'Vinculum' option, the user will click on 'Setup' button.

  • The user will enter the 'API key and API Owner' received through Vinculum.
  • Then, click on 'Save' button.

  • Click on 'Save' button to save the changes.

  • Again, click on 'Integrations'.

  • The user will click on 'E-Commerce'.
  • In 'Vinculum' option, the user will click on 'Manage' button now.

  • The user can view 'E-Commerce' platform will get displayed.
  • The user will click on 'Add Location' to enter location details on the required E-Commerce platform.
  • Suppose click on 'Add Location button of Amazon.

  • The user will enter the location of the warehouse and click on 'Save' button.

  • The user will click on 'View Location' icon.

  • The user can view the location of the warehouse and can also edit or delete it by clicking on the respective icon.

Process to Manage E-Commerce ( Vinculum ) in Marg Books

  • Firstly, click on 'CRM > E-Commerce > Dashboard.'

  • In 'Platform' option, the user will select the e-commerce website from which the online received orders need to be viewed.
  • Suppose select 'Amazon'.

  • In 'Location' option, the user will select location code of the warehouse for which online received orders need to be viewed.
  • Suppose select '2526'.

  • In 'Status,' the user is given multiple options to view the order status, i.e. pending, packed, and shipped and etc.
  • Suppose select 'All'.

  • The user will click on the 'Upto' button to enter the date range for viewing the online received order data.

  • Then, click on 'Sync Orders' button.

  • The user can view Selected E-Commerce Platform Data will get displayed.

  • The user will select any order to view its individual status as per the requirement.
  • Suppose select 'John Doe's Order' and click on 'View' icon under action column.

  • The user can view the Selected Customers' Individual Status will get displayed.

  • The user will select order for which needs to be converted in sale bill.
  • Suppose select 'John Doe's Order' and click on 'Convert' button.

Note: If the item is already created in the software, it will be automatically mapped through the product name and SKU code.

  • If the items inside the selected order are not in the software or are created under a different name, then the item mapping window will appear.
  • Click on 'Yes' button to create item.

  • Click on 'Create' button.

  • Click on 'Create' button to create item's agency.

  • The user can view item will get auto created then, click on 'Save' button.

  • Again, click on 'Save' button ( as shown in the below img ).

  • The user can view the Item will get Mapped.

  • Now, the user can view the Selected Order will get Coverted in Sale Order.

  • The user will click on 'Sale > Order'.

  • The user will select order and click on 'Three Vertical Dots' under action column.
  • Then, click on 'Convert in Bill' option.

  • The user can view the Selected Sale Order will get Converted in Sale Bill.
  • Click on 'Save' button.

  • Now, click on 'Print' button to print sale bill.

  • The user can view the print preview, which can be pasted on the order and then delivered to the customer.
