Note: Before using this option, it is essential for the user to take a Data Backup for security and precautionary purposes.

• If you view a report is blank or doesn't match up with your data, users should follow the steps outlined below:

Step 1: Repair DataBase

• Firstly, click on 'Utilities & Tools'.

• An 'Utilities & Tools' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Repair DataBase'.

• An 'Update DataBase ?' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Yes'.

• The user will need to wait for the database repair process to complete.

• A 'Your MargBooks DataBase Updated Successfully!' pop-up will appear.

After following the above steps, the user can view the Report Data will get displayed in Marg Books.

Step 2: Run Error Checking

• Firstly, go to 'Utilities & Tools'.

• An 'Utilities & Tools' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Error Checking'.

• A 'Start Data Correction ?' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Yes'.

• The user will wait for the data to be corrected.

After following the above steps, the user can Run Error Checking in Marg Books.
