In Marg Books, Deactivating User involves disabling their access to the software. This feature ensures security by preventing unauthorized users from accessing sensitive information. Administrators can easily manage user permissions, safeguarding data integrity and confidentiality.

Process to Deactive User in Marg Books

• Firstly, click on 'Settings' icon.

• In 'User Access & Privileges' option, the user will click on 'Configure' button.

• Then, select user who needs to be deactivated.
• Suppose select 'Mahak' and in Mahak's Status, the user will click on 'DropDown' option.

• The user will select 'De-Active'.

• Now, click on 'Yes' button.

After following the above steps, the User will get Deactivated in Marg Books.
