If ' Ledger Prohibited From Account Group ' alert appears while selecting Ledger in Bill then how to resolve it in Marg Books ?

In Marg Books, if while selecting ledger in the bill an alert of 'Ledger Prohibited From Account Group' appears then it can be easily resolved.

In order to resolve 'Ledger Prohibited From Account Group', the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Master > Account Master > Group.

  • A 'Account Group' window will appear.
  • The user will select the Account Group, which shows an alert of 'Ledger Prohibited From Account Group'.
  • Suppose select 'Debtors' and click on 'Edit' icon.

  • A 'Modify Account Group' window will appear.
  • In 'Prohibited' option, the user will select 'No'.

  • Now click on 'Update'.

  • A 'Record Uploaded Successfully' pop-up will appear.

After following the above steps, the user can view 'Ledger Prohibited From Account Group' alert will get resolved while selecting Ledger in Bill of Marg Books.
