If ' Item Prohibited From Agency ' alert appears while selecting Item in bill then how to resolve it in Marg Books ?

In Marg Books, if while selecting an Item in the bill an alert of 'Item Prohibited From Agency' appears then it can be easily resolved.

In order to resolve 'Item Prohibited From Agency', the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Master > Inventory Master > Agency.

  • A 'Company List' window will appear.
  • The user will select the Company, which shows an alert of 'Item Prohibited From Agency'.
  • Suppose select '3M Health Care' and click on 'Edit' icon.

  • A 'Modify Company' window will appear.
  • In 'Prohibited' option, the user will select 'No'.

  • Now click on 'Update'.
