• Firstly, go to Master > Inventory Master > Item.

• An 'Item List' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'DropDown' button.

• Now, the user will click on 'Import Items' button.

• An 'Add Bulk Upload' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Upload Stock in Item Master'.

• An 'Item Master Parameters With Stock' window will appear.
• In 'Select Multi Group' option, the user will select multi-group, whose parameter-wise stock needs to be imported.
• Suppose select 'Garment Setup'.

• Now, click on 'Download Excel' option.

Fig 1: Update Parameter wise Stock Excel Template with necessary details i.e. product name, parameters, current stock, etc will get downloaded.

• The user will enter the Parameter wise Item Stock Data in the downloaded template file.

• Now, the user will click on 'Upload Excel' option to upload the parameter-wise item stock data.

• A 'File Selection' window will appear.
• The user will select the 'Stock Parameter' file which needs to be imported. (as shown in the below image)

• An 'Item Stock Import Initiated' pop-up will appear.

• An 'Item Stock Import Process Start' mail will received in Supervisor ID.

• Again, an 'Item Stock Import Successfully' mail will received in Supervisor ID.

After following the above steps, the user can view that Parameter-wise Stock will get successfully Import in the Marg Books.
