Overview of Store wise Stock in Marg Books

• Marg Books has provided a very beneficial provision in the software through which the user can easily import the multiple item store wise stock through Excel at a single point in time. This saves a lot of time.
• The user can import different details of an item stock along with its batch no., Purchase Rate, etc.

Process to Import Store wise Stock in Marg Books

For Example; PharmaLink Distribution requires importing item stock for their Gurugram store. Let's view the outlined process below.

• Firstly, click on Master > Inventory Master > Item.

• The user will click on 'DropDown' button.

• Now, the user will click on 'Import Items' button.

• The user will click on 'Upload Stock in Item Master'.

• The user will follow the steps as shown on the item master window.
• The user will click on 'Download Excel' option.

Fig 1: Import Store wise Item Stock Excel Template with necessary details i.e. product name, Store name, current stock, etc. will get download.

• The user will enter the Store wise Item Stock Data in the downloaded template file.

• Now, the user will click on 'Upload Excel' option in order to upload the store-wise item stock data.

• The user will select the 'Store wise Stock' file which needs to be imported and click on 'Open' button. (as shown in below image)

• An 'Item Stock Import Initiated' pop-up will appear.

• An 'Item Stock Import Process Start' mail will be received in the Supervisor ID.

• Again, an 'Item Stock Import Successfully' mail will be received in Supervisor ID.

After following the above steps, the user can view Store wise Stock will get imported in Marg Books.
