Overview of Pending Purchase Order Report in Marg Books

A 'Pending Purchase Order Report' refers to a document or a system-generated report that provides detailed information about purchase orders that have been created but are yet to be fulfilled or completed. 

Process to view Pending Purchase Order Report in Marg Books

• Firstly, click on 'Report'.

• The user will click on 'Inventory Report'.

• Then, Click on 'Pending Order' under the 'Purchase Reports' heading.

• The user can select the period to view the purchase report accordingly. Alternatively, they can select the 'Custom' option to enter specific dates as per their requirements.
• Suppose select 'This Year'.

• In 'Type' option, Purchase Order will get auto-picked.
• In 'Status' option, the user will select 'Pending'.

The user will select the print type as follows:

a. All: Select the option to view pending purchase order report for both printed and not printed types of bills.

b. Printed: Select the option to view only pending purchase order report for printed bills.

c. Not Printed: Select the option to view only pending purchase order for not printed bills.

• The user will click on 'Dropdown' button. ( as shown in the below image)

• The user will place a 'Check' mark against the parties whose pending purchase order report needs to be viewed.
• Suppose select 'All' by checking the top box.
• Then, click on 'Ok' button.

• In 'Report Type' option, the user will select whether to view the report as summarized or detailed.
• Suppose select 'Detailed'.

• Then, click on 'Ok' button.

• The user can view the Pending Purchase Order Report will get displayed.

Other Filters of Pending Purchase Order Report in Marg Books

a. Excel Icon: The user will click on Excel Icon to generate pending purchase order report in excel.

b. PDF Icon: The user will click on PDF Icon to generate pending purchase order report in pdf.

c. Print Icon: The user will click on Print Icon to print the report.

d. Share Icon: The user will click on the Share Icon to share report :

WhatsApp: The user will click on Email Icon to share report through WhatsApp.

Email: The user will click on Email Icon to share report through Email.

Send SMS: The user will click on SMS Icon to share report through SMS.
