• A M.R. (Salesman) wise Sale Report is a data that based on individual salespersons or sales representatives. It provides a detailed overview of the sales performance of each salesman, allowing management to evaluate their individual contributions to the overall sales figures.
• This type of report helps businesses assess the effectiveness of their sales team members and identify top performers or areas for improvement.

Process to view M.R. wise Sale Report in Marg Books

• Firstly, click on 'Report'.

• Click on 'Inventory Report'.

• Click on 'Sales Analysis'.

• The user can select the period to view the sales report accordingly. Alternatively, they can select the 'Custom' option to enter specific dates as per their requirements.
• Suppose select 'This Month'.

• In 'Template' option, the user will select 'Create New'.

• In 'Report Type' option, the user will select whether to view a 'Summary or Detailed' report.
• Suppose select 'Detailed'.

• In 'Criteria' option, the user will select 'M.R. Wise'.

• The user will click on 'Dropdown' button. ( as show in the below image)

• The user will select M.R. whose sale report needs to be view.
• Suppose select 'All' and click on 'Ok' button.

• Now, click on 'Ok' button.

• In 'Template Name' option, the user will enter template name as per the requirement.
• Suppose enter 'M.R wise Sale' and click on 'Save' button.

• The user can view M.R. ( Salesman ) wise Sale Report will get generated.

• The user will click on 'Change Criteria' to modify the criteria that was previously set to generate the report.

• The user will click on 'Change Date', to change date as per the requirement.

• The user will click on 'Summary' to view summarized report of M.R. wise Sale.

1. Monthly: The user will click on 'Monthly', in order to view Monthly M.R. wise Sale Report.

2. Quartely: The user will click on 'Quartely', in order to view Quartely M.R. wise Sale Report.

3. Daily: The user will click on 'Daily', in order to view Daily M.R. wise Sale Report.

4. Weekly: The user will click on 'Weekly', in order to view Weekly M.R. wise Sale Report.

a. Share Icon: The user will click on the Share Icon to share report :

Email: The user will click on Email Icon to share report through Email.

Send SMS: The user will click on SMS Icon to share report through SMS.

b. Excel Icon: The user will click on Excel Icon to generate m.r. wise sale report in excel.

c. PDF Icon: The user will click on PDF Icon to generate m.r. wise sale report in pdf.

d. Print Icon: The user will click on Print Icon to print the report.
