Overview of Pending Sale Order Report in Marg Books

A Pending Sale Order report is a document or a system-generated report used by businesses to track and manage sales orders that have been received but not yet completed or fulfilled. 

Process to view Pending Sale Order Report in Marg Books

• Firstly, click on 'Report'.

• The user will click on 'Inventory Report'.

• Then, Click on 'Pending Order' under the 'Sales Reports' heading.

• The user can select the period to view the sales report accordingly. Alternatively, they can select the 'Custom' option to enter specific dates as per their requirements.
• Suppose select 'This Month'.

• In 'Type' option, Sale Order will get auto-picked.
• In 'Status' option, the user will select 'Pending'.

The user will select the print type as follows:

a. All: Select the option to view pending sale order report for both printed and not printed types of bills.

b. Printed: Select the option to view only pending sale order report for printed bills.

c. Not Printed: Select the option to view only pending sale order for not printed bills.

• The user will click on 'Dropdown' button. ( as shown in the below image)

• The user will place a 'Check' mark against the parties whose pending sale order report needs to be viewed.
• Suppose select 'All' by checking the top box.
• Then, click on 'Ok' button.

• In 'Report Type' option, the user will select whether to view the report as summarized or detailed.
• Suppose select 'Detailed'.

• The user will select 'M.R.' To view M.R. wise Pending Sale Order Report.

• Then, click on 'Ok' button.

• The user can view the Pending Sale Order Report will get displayed.

a. Excel Icon: The user will click on Excel Icon to generate pending sale order report in excel.

b. PDF Icon: The user will click on PDF Icon to generate pending sale order report in pdf.

c. Print Icon: The user will click on Print Icon to print the report.

d. Share Icon: The user will click on the Share Icon to share report :

WhatsApp: The user will click on Email Icon to share report through WhatsApp.

Email: The user will click on Email Icon to share report through Email.

Send SMS: The user will click on SMS Icon to share report through SMS.
