• Firstly, click on 'Report'.

• Click on 'Inventory Report' section.

• Click on 'Current Stock Status'.

• The user will select a company by placing a tick mark against its name to view its stock status.
• Suppose select 'All' and click on 'Ok' button.

• The user can view the Current Stock Status Report will get Displayed.

• The user will click on the 'Date' button.

• Now, the user can enter the 'Date Range' as per the requirement and view only selected date range report.

• Click on 'Filter' button to apply advance filter.

• Click on 'Configuration' button.

The user will select Configuration option as follows:

a. Ope/Inward/Closing Qty: The user should select 'Yes' to view the report with opening and closing stock details; otherwise, keep it as 'No'

b. Opening and Closing Valuation On: The user should select 'Yes' to view the current stock valuation based on opening and closing stock; otherwise, keep it as 'No'.

c. Inward and Outward Valuation On: The user should select 'Yes' to view the current stock valuation based on inward and outward stock; otherwise, keep it as 'No'.

• Click on 'Show All Items' button.

• Click on 'Valuation' button.

The user will click on the Other Icon as follows:

a. Share Icon: The user will click on share icon as follows:

1. WhatsApp: The user will click on 'WhatsApp' icon to WhatsApp Current Stock Status Report.

2. Email: The user will click on 'Email' icon to Email Current Stock Status Report.

3. Send SMS: The user will click on 'Send SMS' icon to SMS Current Stock Status Report.

b. Excel Icon: The user will click on 'Excel' icon to Export Current Stock Status Report in Excel Format.

c. PDF Icon: The user will click on 'PDF' icon to Export Current Stock Status Report in PDF Format.

d. Print Icon: The user will click on 'PDF' icon to Export Current Stock Status Report in PDF Format.
