• Firstly, click on 'Report'.

• Click on 'Inventory Report' section.

• Click on 'Current Stock Status'.

• The user will select a company by placing a tick mark against its name to view its stock status.
• Suppose select 'All' and click on 'Ok' button.

• The user will click on 'Share Icon > Email > Excel/PDF i.e. select 'PDF'.

• In 'To' field, the selected Email ID will be automatically populated. If the recipient's ID is not available, they have the option to make changes as needed.
• In 'Subject' field, the user will enter the subject of the mail as per the requirement.
• Then, click on 'Send' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view Current Stock Status Report will get Emailed in Marg Books.
