• With the help of Marg Books, users can easily take a backup of the data they manage within the software.
  This feature allows them to securely store a copy of all transactions and records saved during day-to-day operations.
• In case of accidental loss, technical errors, or system failure, the backup ensures that data can be quickly and safely recovered.

Process to Take Data Backup in Marg Books

• Firstly, click on 'Utilities & Tools'.

• Click on 'Data Backup'.

• The user will receive an OTP on their registered mobile number.
• Enter the OTP, and the software will automatically verify it.

• Now, click on 'Date Backup' button.

• A 'Backup Process Initiated' pop up will appear.

• The user will receive an email on their registered email ID confirming that the backup process has been initiated.

• The user will receive another email confirming that the data backup process has been completed, and the backup can now be downloaded as a ZIP file.

• Click on 'Download' button to download backup data.

• Once the file is downloaded, the user can view it and click on it to open.

• The user can view the ZIP file has been downloaded successfully.
