Process to Import Invoice Design in Marg Books

PROCESS TO EXPORT INVOICE DESIGN IN MARG BOOKS

• Firstly, click on 'Utilities & Tools'.

• An 'Utilities & Tools' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Invoice Design'.

• An 'Alert' will appear. The user will enter the password.

• A 'Manage Template' window will appear.
• In 'Report Type' option, the user will select the report type that needs to be exported.
• Suppose select 'Sale Bill'.

• In 'Report' option, the user will select the report design that needs to be exported.
• Suppose select 'Landscape'.

• The user will click on 'Export' option.

• An 'Export' window will appear.
• In 'File Name', the user will mention the design file name as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention 'Bill Format' & click on 'Save'.

After following the above steps, the user can view Invoice Design will get Export in Marg Books.

PROCESS TO IMPORT INVOICE DESIGN IN MARG BOOKS

• Firstly, click on 'Utilities & Tools'.

• An 'Utilities & Tools' window will appear.
• The user will select the 'Invoice Design'.

• An 'Alert' will appear. The user will enter the password.

• A 'Manage Template' window will appear.
• In 'Report Type' option, the user will select the report type for which the design needs to be imported.
• Suppose select 'Purchase Bill'.

• Now, click on 'Import' icon.

• A 'File Selection' window will appear.
• The user will select the design which needs to be imported.
• Suppose select 'Bill Format' & click on 'Open'.

After following the above steps, the user can view Invoice Design will get Import in Marg Books.
