• Firstly, go to 'Utilities & Tools'.

• An 'Utilities & Tools' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Invoice Design'.

• An 'Alert' window will appear. The user will enter the password.

• A 'Manage Template' window will appear.
• In 'Report Type' option, the user will select the type of invoice format for which patient id needs to be printed.
• Suppose select 'Sale Bill'.

• In 'Report' option, the user will select the invoice format name on which patient id
• needs to be printed
• Suppose select 'MN'.

• The user will click on 'Data' icon.

• A 'Data' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Data Sources (+)'.

• A 'Data Sources' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Header Data (+)'.

• The user will select 'Patient ID' command and drag it into the 'Header Part'.

• Now, click on 'Components'.

• The user will select 'Text'.

• Drag 'Text' into 'Header Part' and click on it.

• The user will click on 'Edit' button.

• An 'Edit Expression' window will appear.
• The user will mention the command field name as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention 'Patient ID' and click on 'Ok'.

• The user can adjust the selected command with the help of the given pointers.

• Now click on 'Report'.

• The user will click on 'Save'.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Patient ID will get printed in Invoice Format in Marg Books.
