• Firstly, go to 'Utilities & Tools'.

• An 'Utilities & Tools' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Invoice Design'.

• An 'Alert' window will appear. The user will enter the password.

• A 'Manage Template' window will appear.
• In 'Report Type' option, the user will select the type of invoice format on which the watermark needs to be printed.
• Suppose select 'Sale Bill'.

• In 'Report' option, the user will select the invoice format name on which the watermark needs to be printed
• Suppose select 'MN'.

• The user will click on 'Properties' icon.

• A 'Properties' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Appearance (+)'.

• Now, click on 'Watermark (+)'.

• The user will place a 'Check Mark' against 'Enabled' option.

• Then, click on 'Font (+)'.
• In 'Text' field, the user will enter watermark text which needs to be printed.
• Suppose enter 'Birla Pharma'.

• Then, Click on 'TextFill (+)'.
• In 'Text Rotation' option, the user will select the rotational orientation of the watermark text based on their specific needs.
• Suppose select 'Backward Diagonol'.

• The user will click on 'Report' tab.

• The user will click on 'Save' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view the Watermark ( Text Format ) will get Printed in Invoice Format of Marg Books.
