• Firstly, go to 'Utilities & Tools' option.

• The user will click on 'Invoice Design' option.

• The user will enter the password.

• In 'Report Type' option, the user will select the type of invoice format for which M.R. Mobile Number and Email ID needs to be printed.

• Suppose select 'Sale Bill'.

• In 'Report' option, the user will select the invoice format name.
• Suppose select 'Report 1'.

• The user will click on 'Text' icon.

• The user will drag the Text field on the desired location and click on it twice.

• The user will mention the heading as per the requriement.
• Suppose mention 'M.R. Mobile Number:' and click on 'OK' button.

• Now, the user will click on 'Data' icon.

• Click on 'Data Sources' option.

• Click on 'PartyData' option.

• Now, the user will drag 'MR_Mobile1' command on the desired location(as shown in below figure).

• Similarly, the user will click on 'Text' icon to print 'M.R. Email ID'.

• The user will drag the Text field on the desired location and click on it twice.

• The user will mention the heading as per the requriement.
• Suppose mention 'M.R. Email ID:' and click on 'OK' button.

• Again, the user will click on 'Data' icon.

• Click on 'Data Sources' option.

• Click on 'PartyData' option.

• Now, the user will drag 'MR_Email' command on the desired location(as shown in below figure).

• Click on 'Report' button.

• Again, click on 'Save' icon.

After following the above steps, the user can view Salesman ( M.R. ) Mobile Number and Email ID will get printed on Invoice Format of Marg Books.
