• Firstly, click on 'Utilities & Tools'.

• The user will click on 'Invoice Design'.

• An 'Alert' window will appear. The user will enter the password.

• In 'Report Type' option, the user will select the type of invoice format for which the e-way bill number and date needs to be printed.
• Suppose select 'Sale Bill'.

• In 'Report' option, the user will select the invoice format name for which the e-way bill number and date needs to be printed.
• Suppose select 'Report 1'.

• The user will click on 'Data' icon.

• The user will click on 'Data Sources'.

• The user will click on 'Footer Data'.

• The user will select 'TotalAmountInWordsMillionFormat' command and drag it into the 'Footer Part'.

• Now, the user will click on 'Report' tab.

• Then, click on 'Save' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view that Amount will get printed in Million Format in Words on Invoice Design of Marg Books.
