• Firstly, click on 'Horizontal Lines'.

• The user will click on 'Manage Companies' button.

• A 'Manage Companies' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Add New'. button.

• A 'Create Company' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Logo' button.

• A 'Selected Window' will appear.
• The user will select the option to upload the logo of the company as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'Open Gallery'.

• A 'Gallery' window will appear.
• The user will select the Logo Image as per the requirement.

• The user will enter Company Name as per the requirement.

• Suppose enter 'Shyam Pharma Store'.

• The user will click on 'Business Type'.

• A 'Select Type of Business' window will appear.
• The user would define business type as per the nature/trade of the business. 
• Suppose select Chemist [Pharmacy] and click on 'Save' button.

• The user will click on 'Mobile Number'.

• A 'Mobile Number' window will appear.
• The user will enter the 'Company Mobile Number' and click on 'Save' button.

• The user will click on 'Address'.

An 'Address' window will appear.

a. Address: The user will mention the company address. Suppose mention 'Pitampura'.

b. Zip Code: Mention the zip code of the company where the company is located. Suppose mention '110034'.

c. Branch Code: The App will auto-pick the company branch code or the user can modify it as per the requirement.

Click on 'Save'.

• The user will click on 'Tax Type (GST)'.

A 'GST' window will appear.

a. Comp. Reg. Type: 3 options appear under Company Registration Type i.e. Registered, Composition and Un-registered. Select the option/category as per the requirement.

Suppose select ‘Registered’.

b. GSTIN: The user will fill the GSTIN number here.

c. Select State: The App will auto pick the state as per the GSTIN Number.

Click on 'Save'.

• Financial Year: By default, the Financial Year will be set according to the current financial year.

• The user will click on 'Additional Information'.

An 'Additional Information' window will appear.

a. Drug Licence No.: The user will mention the company drug licence number.

b. Date: The user will mention the drug licence expiry date

c. Working Style: Working style is used where batch-wise inventory is maintained and secondary stock is used.

Normal without Secondary: Select the option if the user needs to maintain inventory without identification of lot no.

Secondary (Batch/MRP/Size): Select the option if the user needs to record inventory lot-wise and with the identification of Batch no., MRP, Size, etc.

Suppose select ‘Secondary (Batch/MRP/Size)’ option.

Click on 'Save'.

• The user will click on 'Save'.

• A 'Company Created Successfully' pop up will appear.

After following the above steps, the user can view Company will get Created in Marg Books App.
