• ‘Support Ticket' is a term popularized by support App to describe an interaction between customers and support teams.

• If customers having an issue regarding app then they can generate Support Tickets. Service representatives coordinate with customers by responding to support tickets. When the issue will get resolved, the ticket will get closed as well.

Process to Generate Support Ticket in Marg Books App

• Firstly, the user will click on 'More' tab on the dashboard window.

• Go to Utilities > Ticket.

• A 'Ticket Summary' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Create Ticket' button.

•  A 'Create Ticket' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Select Main Disposition' tab.

• In 'Select Main Disposition' option, the user will select the main issue type from the dropdown as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'Log-In/Sign-Up'. 

• The user will click on 'Select Sub Disposition' tab.

• In ' Select Sub Disposition' option, the user will select in which option of selected module ( main disposition ) issue is appearing.
• Suppose select 'Sign-Up'.

• The user will click on 'Select Problem Type' tab.

• In 'Select Problem Type' option, the user will select the problem type as per the sub disposition.]
• Suppose select 'Device Registration'.

• In 'Description' field, the user will enter the description of the issue.

• Suppose enter 'Device Registration Issue'.

• In ‘Attachment’ field, the user will click on the ‘Attachment’ icon, to attach a document related to the issue. Hence, it is important to have the document for generating a ticket.

• Now, the user will click on 'Save' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Support Ticket will get generated in Marg Books App.
