Overview of Payment Voucher in Marg Books App

• A Payment Voucher entry is generated when a company disburses funds either in cash, by cheque, or through alternative payment methods to a customer, supplier, or another entity. This voucher serves as evidence of the transaction from the respective account.
• Additionally, Payment Voucher entries can be generated for routine expenditures such as tea, staff welfare, etc.

Process to create Payment Voucher in Marg Books App

• Firstly, click on 'More' tab.

• Then, click on 'Accounting Transaction > Payment'.

• Click on 'Create New' button.

• The user can view 'Payment Voucher No.' and 'Date,' which will be auto-filled but can be changed as per the requirement.

• The user will click on 'Select Ledger' field.

• The user will select the ledger for which the payment needs to be sent.
• Suppose select 'A2Z Pharmacy'.

• In 'Payment Type' field, the user will select the mode through which the payment needs to be sent.

• Suppose select 'Cash Account'.

• In 'Paid Amount' option, the user will enter the amount that has been sent to the party.

• Suppose enter '9609' Amount.

• In 'Narration' field, the user will enter the narration for records as per the requirement.
• Then, click on 'Save' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view the Payment Voucher will get created in Marg Books App.
