Overview of Company Creation in Nepal Setup of Marg Books

• The main purpose to create a company is to start working in software and to maintain the basic or relevant details of the company during creation i.e. company name, address, business type etc. which allows it to automatically carry out the transactions as per defined information.

• With the help of creating a new company in Marg Books, the user can easily keep/store all the relevant information at one place.

Process to Create Company in Nepal Setup of Marg Books

• Firstly, click on 'Create' button or press 'F2'  key.

• Click on 'Add New Organization' button.

The user will fill in the blank space as follows:

Note: Options marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory to fill.

a. Basic Info:

1. Company Name: Enter the company name that needs to be created.

2. Address: Enter the company address.

3. Country: Select country 'Nepal'.

4. Province: Enter province where the company is located.

5. Zip Code: Enter 'Zip Code'.

b. Company Details:

1. Branch Code: The software will auto pick the Branch Code on the basis of the Company Name & also change & mention the Branch Code as per the requirement. 

2. Business Type: The user would define business type as per the nature/trade of the business.

3. Calender Type: Select 'Vikram Samvat'.

4. Financial Year: By default, the Financial Year will be set according to the current financial year.

5. Tax Type: Select 'Tax Type'.

c. Contact Details:

1. Phone No.: Mention the contact details of the company.

2. Website: Mention the name of the company’s website.

3. Email ID: Mention the email id of the company.

The user can also add multiple E-mail id’s by clicking on the ‘+’ sign.

d. Company Logo:

The user can upload the company logo as per the requirement by clicking on ‘Edit’ icon.

• Then browse the location & select the logo where it is saved and click on ‘Open’.

e. Tax Detail:

1. PAN: Enter Company 'PAN Number'.

2. Reg. Date: Enter company pan number 'Registered Date'.

f. Licence Info:

1. Drug Lic. No: Enter company 'Drug Licence No.'

2. Exp. Date: Enter company drug licence no. 'Expiry Date'.

g. Other Info.:

1. Juridisction: Enter the company registered under the applicable legal jurisdiction.

2. Working Style: Working style is used where batch wise inventory is maintained and secondary stock is used.

If the use needs to maintain inventory without identification of lot no., then select ‘Normal without Secondary’ option and if the user needs to record inventory lot wise and with the identification of Batch no., MRP, Size, etc. then select ‘Secondary (Batch/MRP/Size)’.

• Click on 'Save' button.

After following the above steps, the user can create Company in Nepal Setup of Marg Books.
