• Firstly, click on 'Utilities & Tools'.

• An 'Utilities & Tools' window will appear.

• The user will click on 'New Financial Year'.

• A 'Financial Year List' window will appear.

• The user will select the financial year which needs to be deleted.

• Suppose by mistake, the user has created 01-04-2025 - 31-03-2026' financial year and now needs to delete it.

• Click on 'Delete' icon.

• An 'Are your sure you want to delete the selected record ?' alert will appear.

• The user will click on 'Yes' in order to delete financial year.

After following the above steps, the user can view the Selected Financial Year will get deleted in Marg Books.
