• Firstly, click on 'Master > Opening Balance > Stock'.

• A 'Store List' window will appear.
• Suppose select 'Main Store'.

• A 'Stock of the Selected Store' will get displayed.

• The user will select the item in which the opening balance needs to be mentioned.
• Suppose select 'Kurti' and press 'Enter' key on it.

• A 'Selected Item' window will appear.
• Size: The user will select the size for which the opening balance needs to be mentioned.
• Suppose select 'S'.

• Colour: The user will select the color for which the opening balance needs to be mentioned.
• Suppose select 'Red'.

• Style: The user will mention the style for which the opening balance needs to be mentioned.
• Suppose mention 'Chikankari'.

Opening Qty: The user will mention the opening quantity of the selected item as per the requirement.

• The user will click on 'Save' button.

• The user can view Opening Stock will get update.

• Click on 'Excel/PDF' icon to generate the report as per the requirement.
