PROCESS TO CREATE PURCHASE QUOTATION IN MARG BOOKS

• Firstly, go to Purchase > Quotation.

• A 'Purchase Quotation' window will appear.
• In 'Date' field, the user will enter the date as per the requirement.

• A 'Select Party' window will appear.
• The user will select the party for which purchase quotation needs to be created.
• Suppose select 'Michu Pharmacy' and press 'Enter' key on it.

• In 'Product' field, the user will press 'Enter' key on it.

• A 'Select Item' window will appear.
• The user will select the item as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'Amifru 40' and press 'Enter' key.

• The user will enter the quantity, rate, discount etc as per the requirement.

• In order to save the purchase quotation, the user will click on 'Save' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view Purchase Quotation will get created in Marg Books.
