• Firstly, click on 'Purchase > Bill (+)'.

• The user will select party whose quotation needs to be converted in purchase bill.
• Suppose select 'Medplus' and press 'Enter' key on it.

• The user will enter 'Invoice No. and Invoice Date' as per the requirement.

• The user can view the pending order window, where they will press 'Enter' key twice to view the pending quotations.

• The user will place a 'Check' mark against purchase quotation that needs to be converted in purchase bill.
• And, click on 'Save' button.

• The user will place a 'Check' mark against item  that needs to be loaded in purchase bill.
• And, click on 'Save' button.

• The user can view the Selected Purchase Quotation will get Converted in Purchase Bill.
• Click on 'Save' button.

After following the above steps, the user can easily Convert Purchase Quotation into Purchase Bill in Marg Books.
