The user can view the Item Price List Excel with necessary details i.e. packing, hsn code, company, rate, etc.
The user will update the rates as per the requirement.
Suppose, updated all items 'MRP'.
Now, the user will click on 'Import' icon.
A 'File Selection' window will appear.
The user will select the Item Price List file that needs to be imported. (as shown in the below fig.)
Click on 'Open' button.
An 'Import Bill' window will appear.
In 'Show Un-Match' option, the user will select 'All'.
The user can place a check-mark against various rates, i.e. purchase rate, sale rate, etc. which needs to import. If the user wants to import rates across all categories then, simply place a check-mark against 'Select All'.
Suppose place a check-mark against 'Select All' and click on 'Save' button.
An 'Item Mapping Bill No.' window will appear.
The user will click on 'Update' button.
After following the above steps, the user can view the Item Price List will get updated in Marg Books.
