In Marg Books, if a user needs to 'Ban Rate Modifications' for their users, it can be easily done.

In order to 'Ban Rate Modification', the user needs to follow the below mentioned steps:

• Firstly, log in with the 'Supervisor ID'.

• Click on 'Settings' icon.

• In 'User Access & Privileges' field, the user will click on 'Configure' button.

• Click on 'Roles'.

• Now, the supervisor will select the user for whom rate modifications need to be banned.
• Suppose select 'Mahak' and click on 'Edit' icon.

• Then, Click on 'Sale' menu.

• In 'Bill' field, the user will click on 'Configure' button.

• In 'Allow to Modify Rate and Discount in Sale' option, the user will select 'Not Allow'.

• Press 'ESC' key.

• Click on 'Save' button to save the changes.

• Click on 'Update' button.

• Now, log in with the 'User ID'.

After following the above steps, the user can view the selected user's Rate Modification Power will get Banned for Bills in Marg Books.
