Cause:

This alert appears due to an 'Incorrect or Blank Distance' entered on the e-Way bill.

Solution:

In order to resolve 'Blank or Invalid Errors found in e-Way Return Distance' alert, the user needs to follow the below mentioned steps: 

  • The user will click on 'Edit' button on e-Way Bill generation window.

  • In 'Distance (in K.M.)' field, the user will enter the accurate distance between the consignor and the consignee.
  • Suppose enter '3 K.M.' and click on 'Save' button.

  • Then, click on 'Check' button.

  • Then, click on 'Upload e-Way' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view the e-Way Bill will get generated in Marg Books.
