If An Error of ' IRP Recipient Pincode is not provided for Transaction ' Appears While Uploading e - Invoice then how to resolve it in Marg Books ?
Ans.1

Cause:

This error appears when the user has not entered the pincode number of the party.

Solution:

  • Firstly, click on 'Master > Account Master > Ledger'.

  • The user will select party for which pincode needs to be entered.
  • Suppose select 'PharmaLink Distributors' and press 'F3' key or click on 'Edit' icon.

  • In 'Pincode' field, the user will enter pincode of the party and click on 'Update' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view the Error Of IRP Recipient Pincode is not provided for Transaction will get resolved in Marg Books.
