• Firstly, click on 'Utilities & Tools'.

• Click on 'Tally Export'.

• The user can select a date period from the given options or manually enter a date range to export data for a specific period.

• In 'Transaction Type,' the user will select which type of transaction needs to be exported, such as sales, purchases, accounting, etc.
• Suppose select 'All' and click on 'Ok' button.

• Now, click on 'Export to Tally' button.

• A 'Downloading Tally xml File is initiated' pop up will appear.

• The user can view the 'Request to Download Tally .xml Files Initiated!' email, which will also be sent to the company's email ID.

• The user can view the email confirming 'Tally data has been successfully exported from Marg Books'.

Therefore, to import the exported Marg Books data into Tally, the user needs to coordinate with the Tally team.
