Process to Un-Lock Transaction in Marg Books

PROCESS TO LOCK TRANSACTION IN MARG BOOKS

• Firstly, click on 'Utilities & Tools'.

• An 'Utilities & Tools' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Transaction Locking'.

• A 'Transaction Locking' window will appear.
• The user will select the module, which needs to be locked.
• Suppose select 'Sales' & click on 'Lock'.

A 'Lock-Sale' window will appear.

a. Lock Date: The user will mention the date from which sales need to be locked.

b. Reason: The user will mention the reason for which module needs to be locked i.e. need to lock.

Click on 'Lock'.

• A 'Lock Reason Updated Successfully' alert will appear.

After following the above steps, the user can view Transaction will get locked in Marg Books.
