Process To Activate Email Service In Marg Wallet

Note: Firstly, the user needs to Activate Marg Wallet.

• Go to Digital > Marg Wallet > Activate Services.

• Click on 'SMS/Email/WhatsApp'.

• Now the user will place a check mark on 'Email' service.
• Click on 'Submit' button.

Process of Email Setup in Marg ERP Software

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.
• The user will select 'E-Mail Setup'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

An 'E-Mail Setup' window will appear.

a. Email Send From X-No S-MARG Server I-Individual Computer: Select the option as per the requirement.

S-Marg Server: Select the option if needs to send Email through Server of Marg. 

I-Individual Computer: Select the option if need to send an Email through the computer.

Suppose select 'I'.

b. Email Send from W-Marg Wallet [Default] O-Outlook M-SMTP: Select the option 'W'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

Process to Email Stock & Sale Analysis In Marg ERP Software

• Go to Daily Reports > Daily Working > Stock & Sale Analysis.

• A 'Select Company' window will appear.
• The user will select companies as per the requirement.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' key or Plus '+' key to select a particular Company or Press Asterisk '*' key to select All Company. 

• The user will press 'Enter' key.

• The user will select options as per the requirement and click on 'View'.

• The user can view the report will get generated, click on 'Email' icon.

• In 'To', the user will press 'Enter' key.

• The user will select 'A/C Ledger/Company as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'A/C Ledger'.

• The user will select the ledger to whom E-Mail needs to be sent.

• Suppose select 'Kajal'.

• The Software will auto pick the E-Mail ID from the ledger in 'To' field.

• The user can mention the text as required and click on 'E-Mail.'

• Stock and Sale Analysis report will get emailed to the selected party.

After following the above steps, the user can E-Mail Stock and Sale Analysis report in Marg Software.
