Overview Of Cloud Backup Process

• Cloud Backup protects the data from being lost as generally the software backup is stored in pen drive or hard disk and can be either stolen or crashed.
• So to secure the data, the provision of Cloud Backup enables the user to upload the data online and directly store it in google drive.
• The user can also access the data from anywhere and restore the backup as per the requirement.

Process To Activate Cloud Backup Service In Marg Wallet

Note: Firstly, the user needs to Activate Marg Wallet.

• Go to Digital > Marg Wallet > Activate Services.

• Click on 'Other Services'.

• Now the user will place a checkmark on 'Marg Cloud Backup upload/Download' service.
• Click on 'Submit' button.

Process To Upload Cloud Backup Through Marg Wallet

• On the main screen of the software press 'Alt+X' key.

• The user will select the company and press 'Enter' key.

• Click on 'Backup Of Financial Year'.

• The user will select the financial year whose backup needs to be taken.

• In 'Marg Cloud Backup' option, the user will select 'Yes'.

• Press 'PageDown' key.

• An alert of 'File uploaded successfully' will appear, click on 'Ok'.

Note: Maximum '20' Backup can be shared on the Cloud. After the limit crosses Oldest Backup will get auto-removed and the Newly taken Backup will get saved on the Cloud.

Process To Download Cloud Backup in Marg ERP Software

• Press 'Enter' key on a particular company.

• Select 'Restore Backup' option.

• Click on 'Restore From Marg Cloud Backup'.

• The user will click on 'Action' button on a particular backup that needs to be downloaded.

• An alert of 'File Download Successfully' will appear, click on 'Ok'.

• Thereafter, the user can create or overwrite the backup as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'Overwrite'.

After following the above steps, the user can do Cloud Backup process through Marg Software.
