OVERVIEW OF ORDER CALLING IN MARG SOFTWARE

  • Marg ERP has provided a simple and automated provision of Order Calling that will eliminate the need to type the customer’s contact number to place calls and receive orders i.e. the user can directly call their customers by scanning the QR Code on their Marg Order Calling App displayed in the software.
  • This option enables the user to easily keep track of the working of their operators i.e. at what time they have called their parties and which operator is creating the bill for which particular party. This saves time and increases the efficiency of the operators and they can take more orders increasing sales.
  • With the Order Calling feature, the user can also apply a filter to check pending and generated sale bills with a color indication. For further detailed information kindly watch the video.

PROCESS TO ACTIVATE ORDER CALLING SERVICE IN MARG WALLET

Note: Firstly, the user needs to Activate Marg Wallet.

  • Go to Digital > Marg Wallet > Activate Services.

  • An 'Activate/Deactivate Services' window will appear.
  • The user will click on 'Other Services' tab.

  • The user will place a checkmark on 'Order Calling'.
  • Click on 'Submit' button.

PROCESS TO ENABLE ORDER CALLING IN MARG SOFTWARE

  • Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Order CRM'.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • An 'Order CRM' window will appear.
  • In 'Order Calling CRM Ask windows to change Phone Number 1-No 2-Yes', option the user will select '1'.
  • In 'CRM work on 1-Operator History 2-Salesman 3-Area 4-Rout 5-Station', option the user will select '1'.
  • In 'Call 1-Direct 2-QRCode Manual Calling [Marg Genie App required]', option the user will select '1'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

PROCESS TO SET CALL SCHEDULER IN MARG SOFTWARE

  • Go to Daily Reports > Order CRM > Call Scheduler.

  • A 'Calling Schedule Master' window will appear.
  • In 'User' option, select the user for which the Call needs to be scheduled.
  • Suppose select 'A'.

  • The user will click on 'Add' button.

  • A 'Calling Party' window will appear.
  • The user can select all party as per the requirement.

  • The user can also select party based on Area/Route as required.
  • Suppose the user needs to select the parties based on Area.
  • So click on 'Area/Route' button.

  • An 'Area & Route' Selection window will appear.
  • The user will unselect all Areas and Routes.

  • Suppose only select 'East Delhi' and click on 'Done' button.

  • The user will place a check mark on the party as per the requirement and click on 'Save' button.

  • The user can view the party will get mapped, and an alert of 'Successfully saved' will appear.
  • Click on 'Ok'.

  • Now the user will click on 'Edit' button.

  • The user will select the party and Click on 'Default Day/Time'.

  • A 'Set to all' window will appear.
  • The user will place a checkmark on a day for which a call needs to be scheduled as per the requirement.
  • Suppose select 'Monday'.

  • Now the user will click in the blank space on the Time Slot#1 column.

  • A dropdown will appear, where the user will select the time slot as per the requirement.
  • Suppose the user needs to set the first time slot for 10:00 to 12:00 PM.
  • So select '10:00'.

  • In the second column, the user will select '12:00'.

  • Similarly, the user can also set Time Slot#2 as per the requirement.
  • Suppose select from '14:00' to 15:00' and click on 'Set All'.

  • A Marg ERP alert 'Successfully saved' will appear, click on 'Ok'.

  • The user can view the time slot will get updated in the party, click on 'Save' button.

  • Again an alert of 'Successfully Saved' will appear, click on 'Ok'.

  • Now the user will click 'Exit' button.

PROCESS OF ORDER CALLING IN MARG SOFTWARE

  • Go to Daily Reports > Order CRM > Order Calling.

  • An 'Order Calling [CRM]' window will appear.
  • The user can view the allotted time slot and party details will get displayed.

  • Now the user will download the 'Genie App' on a Mobile phone to connect it with the software for calling.
  • Open the 'Play Store' App.

  • Now the user will click on the search bar.

  • Here, the user will search 'Marg Genie' and click on 'Marg Genie App'.

  • The user will select the Marg Genie App.

  • Click on 'Install' button.

  • The user can view the App will get downloaded. Open the App.

  • Click on 'Marg Calling' and a scanner will open.

  • Now the user will open the software and click on phone icon.

  • A 'QR Code' window will open.
  • The user will scan this QR Code from Marg Genie App scanner.

  • Thereafter, the Marg Genie App will be successfully connected to the software.

A Marg ERP 9+ alert of 'Call from Mobile' will appear.

a. Auto: Select the option to connect the call directly from the phone.

b. QRCode: Select the option to scan the QR code for connecting the call.

Suppose select 'Auto'.

  • A 'Scan QRCode to call' window will appear. Click on 'Call Direct'.

  • The user can view call get connected to the party.

  • After the call, the party detail will display in purple color.

  • To place the Order, the user will click on 'Book' button.

  • A 'Sale Entry' window will appear.
  • The party will get an auto load, here the user will create a sale bill.

  • The user will load the items as per the requirement.

  • Now the user will press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Save Bill' option.

  • In case the customer doesn't want to place an Order or is busy the user can also Re-Schedule the Slot.
  • To schedule it again, click on 'Schedule' button.

  • The cursor will stop on 'Re-Schedule Time' dropdown.

  • The user can select the 'Refuse' option in case the customer doesn't want to place an Order.
  • Also, the user can select the time for calling again.

  • Suppose select the time '11:00'.

  • Now the user will click on 'Save' button.

  • The user can view time will get updated in party detail.

  • The user can edit the Party's contact person and Number details as per the requirement.
  • To edit click on 'Edit' button.

  • A 'Misc. Details' window will appear.
  • The user can update the details as per the requirement and click on 'Save' button.
  • Suppose skip it.
