In Marg Software, if WhatsApp Auto sends and does not ask whether the bill needs WhatsApp or not then it can be resolved easily.

In order to Ask WhatsApp, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.
• The user will select 'SMS/WhatsApp Setup'.

• A 'SMS Setup' window will appear.
• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• In 'Message of Bill on New/Modify/Both/Print/afterLR/billAudit/x-No', the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• Thereafter, when the user creates a Sale bill and click on 'Save Bill'.

After following the above steps, the user can view WhatsApp will Ask to send Bill in Marg Software.
