In Marg Software, Wallet is the ultimate tool for modern business needs. The user can Share bill details to their customers via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Additionally, customers can effortlessly raise queries or provide ratings through the shared information. Users can conveniently access and monitor these queries and ratings through the Wallet feature.

In order to view Customer Message / Rating, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Digital > Marg Wallet > Customer Messages.

• A 'Queries from Customer's' window will appear.
• In 'Rating' option, the user will select a particular Rating as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'All'.

After following the above steps, the user can view the Customer Message / Rating through Marg Wallet.
