How to resolve the issue if bill does not send through WhatsApp in Marg Wallet ?

In Marg Software, if the bills does not sent through Whatsapp then there can be a reason that can be rectified and the user can resolve these issues.

1. The user needs to check the Party Name, there should be no special character of slash '/' in the party/ledger name.

2. Check the Bill Date, no special Character of comma ',' should be there on the date.

3. Check if the Bill number has a special character '@' and '#', the user needs to remove these characters from the number.

4. In 'Company Bank Branch', there should be no special character in the control room.

5. In 'Company Help Line No' option, make sure there is no special character between 2 Contact Numbers, instead of a special character user space.
