How to fix ' Marg Wallet is not Activate for Auto e-Invoice ' alert which appears while generating e-Invoice through Marg Wallet ?

In Marg Software if while generating an e-Invoice an alert of 'Marg Wallet is not Active' appears then it can be resolved easily.

Cause:

This issue appears when the user hasn't Registered on Marg Wallet or the e-Invoice Service is not Activated.

Solution:

The user must first Register on Marg Wallet and then Activate the e-Invoice Service. As with effect from 15 June 2024, it's mandatory to Activate E-Invoice Service in Marg Wallet for generating it.

  • In Case the user has already Registered on Marg Wallet.
  • Click on 'Yes' to activate the e-Invoice service.

  • Now the user will place a check mark on 'Auto E-Invoice' service.
  • Click on 'Submit' button.

  • Click on 'Close' button.

  • Now click on 'Generate eInvoice' button to upload the selected invoices on the e-Invoice Portal.

  • An alert message of 'e-Invoice Successfully Uploaded' will appear along with the Acknowledgement No. and Date.
  • Click on 'OK'.

  • Another alert of 'Wish to Print e-Invoice' will appear.
  • Click on 'Yes' to print e-invoice.

  • Thereafter, the user can print e-Invoice as per the requirement.

After following the above steps, the user can Generate e-Invoice easily through Marg Wallet.
