If Bill does not Send on Email mentioned in CC and BCC of Ledger then how to resolve it in Marg Wallet ?
In Marg Wallet, if Bills does not sent on EMails mentioned in CC and BCC of Ledger then it can be resolved easily.
In order to Send Bills to Email mentioned in CC and BCC of Ledger, the user needs to follow the below steps:
- Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.
- A 'Control Room' window will appear.
- The user will select 'SMS/WhatsApp Setup'.
- A 'SMS Setup' window will appear.
- Now click on ‘Accept’.
- In 'Wallet, Email Send on 1-All Numbers or 2-Only on 1st Number' option the user will select '1'.
- The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
After following the above steps, the Bill will get sent on Emails mentioned in CC and BCC of Ledger in Marg Wallet.
