If Outstanding Reminder does not send then how to resolve it in Marg Wallet ?

In Marg Wallet, if an outstanding Reminder is not sent then this issue can be resolved easily.

Note: Firstly check all the Outstanding Reminder Settings.

  • Go to Digital > Marg Wallet > Refresh Data.

  • An alert of 'Want to refresh O/s & other Data on Server' will appear.
  • Click on 'Yes'.

  • An OTP will be received on the registered Mobile number and Email ID, click on 'Ok'.

  • The user will enter any of the OTP in the ‘Verification’ window i.e. either the OTP received on the Email ID or Mobile No.
  • Click on 'Verify'.

  • Click on ‘Submit’.

  • The user can view Data will get refreshed successfully.

After following the above steps, the Outstanding Reminder will get sent through Marg Wallet.
