OVERVIEW OF STOCK ARRIVAL ALERT ON TELEGRAM IN MARG WALLET

PROCESS TO ACTIVATE STOCK ARRIVAL ALERT ON TELEGRAM IN MARG WALLET

• Go to Digital > Marg Wallet > Activate Services.

• Click on 'SMS/Email/WhatsApp'.

• In 'Stock Arrival message on Telegram group', the user will place a checkmark.
• Click on 'Submit' button.

PROCESS TO IMPLEMENT STOCK ARRIVAL ALERT ON TELEGRAM IN MARG WALLET

• Log In to Telegram on the system and click on the Edit icon (as shown in the below image).

• The user will select 'New Channel' to create a new channel.

• Now the user will select the contact that needs to be added to this channel.
• Click on RightArrow icon.

• Mention the channel Name as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention 'Marg ERP'.

• The user will provide a description for this channel (Optional).
• Suppose mention 'Stock Arrival' and click on RightArrow icon.

• The user can view 'Marg ERP' Channel will be created.

• Now the user will search 'botfather' and click on 'botfather' channel.

• Click on 'Start' button.

• Thereafter, the user will type a bot name as per the requirement.
• Suppose type 'stockarraival_bot'.

Note: The telegram will give suggestions for names, the user can select those suggestions or create their own name with '_bot' as adding this is compulsory after the bot name.

• After the successful creation of the bot Name, the telegram will provide the API group key.
• Copy this key.

• Now open the software and go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.
• The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Telegram'.
• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• In 'Telegram key' option, the user will paste this API key.

• Now the user will open the created channel of 'Marg ERP' and copy the group ID from the link after '-'.

• In 'Telegram Group ID' option, the user will paste this group ID.

• In 'Send Scheme on Telegram Message' option, the user will select 'Y' if need to send a scheme on Telegram also.
• Suppose select 'Y'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• Now the user will open the Telegram App on a Mobile Phone and go to the botfather chats.
• Click on the generated link for the bot name.

• Bot Chats will get open, click on bot name.

• Now the user will click on 'Add bot as Admin'.

• The user will select the channel.
• Suppose select 'Marg ERP'.

• Click on 'Add as admin'.

PROCESS TO RE-REGISTER MARG WALLET

• Therefore, the user's Wallet will get unregistered, the user needs to Re-register the Wallet.
• Go to Digital > Marg Wallet > Wallet Registration.

• An alert of 'Want to Re-register Marg Wallet' will appear. Click on 'Yes'.

• An OTP will be received on the registered Mobile number, click on 'Ok'.

• The user will enter any of the OTP in the ‘Verification’ window i.e. either the OTP received on the Email ID or Mobile No.
• Click on 'Verify'.

• Click on ‘Submit’.

• A Terms & Conditions will appear, Click on 'Agree'.

• Now click on 'Activate' button.

• An alert will appear, and the user can view the bank details. Click on 'Ok'.

• A 'Successfully Registered' alert will appear. Click on 'Ok'.

• Now suppose item 'Carnitor Injection' has zero stock.

• The user creates a Purchase bill for the item 'Carnitor Injection'.

• The Stock Arrival alert will be received on Telegram to all customers who are added to this group.
