OVERVIEW OF STOCK ARRIVAL MESSAGE

• Marg ERP's Stock Arrival feature for our retailers and distributors! No more forgotten reminders or repeated calls. With Stock Arrival, get instant alerts via WhatsApp when your items are back in stock. Strengthen customer relations and boost sales effortlessly!
• Through this feature party will get a WhatsApp message when the items are back in stock.

PROCESS TO ACTIVATE STOCK ARRIVAL MESSAGE IN MARG WALLET

Note: Firstly, the user needs to Activate Marg Wallet.

• Go to Digital > Marg Wallet > Activate Services.

• Click on 'SMS/Email/WhatsApp'.

• Now the user will place a check mark on 'Stock Arrival message' and 'WhatsApp' service.
• Click on 'Submit' button.

PROCESS OF STOCK ARRIVAL IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Stock Arrival'.
• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• In 'Message P-Setup in Party Master or default W-WhatsApp S-SMS B-Both', option the user will select 'W'.

• In 'Stock Arrival Message for 0 Stock only to Debitors Transaction in Days' option, the user will mention the days after which if stock is purchased the party will get an alert.
• Suppose mention '10'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• Now suppose the party's Last bill was created on '11-06-2024' and the item name is 'Acnederm Lot'.

• The user can view Item Stock is '0'.

• Now suppose after the 10 days item Acnederm Lot is purchased on 21-06-2024.

After following the above steps, the user can Send a Stock Arrival Message on WhatsApp through Marg Wallet.
