Process To Make Payment Through UPI ID

OVERVIEW OF PAYMENT THROUGH UPI ID

In Marg Software, users can make payments directly via UPI ID. By entering the recipient's UPI ID in the software, users can initiate payments directly to the recipient's account when creating a payment entry. This streamlines transactions and ensures efficient, secure payments.

PROCESS TO ADD COMPANY UPI ID DETAILS

• Go to Digital > Marg Wallet > Activate Services.

• Click on 'Company Details'.

• In 'UPI PN' option, the user will mention the UPI ID through payment needs to be done.

PROCESS TO ADD PARTY UPI ID DETAIL IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Ledger Master > Ledger > Modify Ledger.

• A 'Ledger Alteration' window will appear.
• The user will select the ledger in which the Email ID needs to be mentioned.
• Suppose select 'Kajal' and press 'Enter' key.

• Now select 'UPI ID'.

• Mention the Party's UPI ID.

PROCESS TO MAKE PAYMENT THROUGH UPI ID

• Go to Accounts > Voucher Entry > Payment.

• In 'Date' field, the user will mention the date on which payment entry needs to be done.

• The user will select the ledger to whom payment needs to be made.
• Suppose select 'Kajal'.

• Mention the amount as per the requirement.

• Now the user will select the Adj. Ref./New Ref./etc as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'New Ref.'.

• Keep pressing 'Enter' key.

• Now the user will select the ledger through which payment is made.
• Suppose select 'Bank of Baroda'.

• Keep pressing 'Enter' key.

• Click on 'Save & Payment' button.

• In case the user hasn't mentioned the UPI ID in the ledger the software will auto-open the field to mention the party UPI ID.

• A 'QR Code' will appear, and the user will scan the QR Code to make the payment.

• The user will get directed to make payment, Click on 'Proceed to Pay' to make payment.

After following the above steps, the user can make Payment through UPI ID in Marg Wallet.
